Ceiling Sockets (20 Total): Remove the existing older 12V halogen transformers across the apartment and install 20 standard 240V surface sockets (plug bases) into the ceiling cavities. Note: Some holes are currently a 1-transformer-to-2-bulbs setup; these will just need to be daisy-chained to individual plug bases. 2. Looking for an electrician to do the below: Need 2 new circuits added: 20A for induction cooktop (Fisher and Paykel CI604CTPB1) 15A for oven (Fisher & Paykel OB60SC7CEB1) The linear distance of these new circuits is approx 13 metres from the main switch. The property is an old workers cottage, with an ancient wiring. There are only three existing circuits, one 'light' circuit, ceramic wire fused, one 'power' circuit, also ceramic wire fused, and one RCBO hot water circuit (on controlled load). So I'm assuming this work would trigger the need for the whole main board to be 'replaced', and the wire fused circuits moved onto RCBOs The service fuse appears to be hidden, so i'm not sure what the existing supply rating is to the property, or if it'd need to be increased. The NMI is 41030349617. We're after something as cost effective as possible, as we're planning a significant renovation in the next 18 months or so which will completely reposition the meter and main board to the other side of the property, and result in a complete rewiring of the property then. Looking for a licensed electrician to install one new double power point (GPO) on a gyprock stud wall. Wall is a long way from the switchboard, but there's an existing single-gang socket on the other side of the same stud wall (currently serving the fridge).
