During a recent solar installation, it was noted that the single-phase supply from the overhead supply cable at the POA to the main fuse in the switchboard, was only 6mm. A cable upgrade has been completed but a class 2 electrician is needed to terminate the new cable at both ends. Shear head house service connectors currently connect the 6mm cable to the overhead line from the street power poles. Location is Kensington, Sydney

The pendants are opal globe fittings with cord suspension and are to be installed into/with ceiling roses. Existing ceiling lights and wiring are already in place at each location – no new lighting points required. The ceiling roses are already installed. We have two ceiling lights that have never turned on and we want to assess whether its just the bulbs or a wider wiring issue. We need more light in this room so ideally want to change the ceiling bulbs and shades but currently have these very heavy, dated covers attached. Due to some wiring issue in a large apartment building, the bathroom light is on constantly. I need a second opinion on what’s going on which may require investigation of other rooms (removing and putting fans back on). Need a very experienced electrician to solve this problem.

I hung up a lampshade (second picture). I will remove this myself but need the original Oyster light reinstalled and connected to the wires. ‼️I do not have power tools or a stepladder so you need to have a drill and options to reinstall the lamp. I do have the original screws‼️
