Had an eletrician come out and upgrade our 20 year old apartment downlights (15) to LEDs. He installed transformers in the ceiling for the upgrade and bought Beacon LEDs with a 10 year warranty. Worked fine and after about an year, some lights started to blink and eventually stopped working. We replaced them but 3 years since the upgrade, about half the leds stop working after about 2 months. If the the LED stops working, I would like to change the LED only and not the entire unit.

I have purchased some new globes for my 1998 Nissan Maxima, and am not good with fitting them in. I have Racingvision H4 globes for the front. Located in CBD, prefer if you can come to CBD to fit. I need a couple of things fixed for this lamp I really like. - change the power cord of the lamp as it doesn t have an on/off button. - fix or fond a new peoce for the lamp shade (see pics)

I currently have 3 oyster style ceiling lights across the living room and kitchen, I bought 3 new ceiling lights, still oyster style, but LED's which I wish to replace the old ones with. NBN has completed the connection to the IDF, but I still need a Cat 6 cable to the network rack about 15 metres distance. The cable will need to be run through the suspended celing.

Ethernet from router end of the house to bedroom in the other end, need ports installed each side. Many walls to get open for it but not sure on the distance.
