Replace old electrical outlet and replace broken outlet

Replace ceiling light fitting.

Not a big light or very high up but needs a small step ladder. I don’t know how to get it open or what bulb it needs.

I have a pigeon nest under my solar panels that needs removal. It's towards the top at the peak of the roof, so access to it doesn't seem too difficult. Nest is approx where the red cross is in the photo. Cathedral ceiling roof so more like double storey, but easy access. Ladder up to the single level flat roof section (where the 2 skylights are in photo) and then ladder up to the panels, which is a couple of metres at the peak.

My phone line and tv antenna outlets work as far as I’m aware, but they are very old/yellow and I would like to modernise them. I would like the tv antenna one to also be slim against the wall if possible, not currently in a big box how it is.

We had a light installed but it was faulty (ceramics cracked). Require it to be taken down, and the new one installed. May require a second person, as the dining table will need to be moved, and it is quite heavy (I am newly postpartum and unable to lift much).
