Hi I need a few odd jobs done that I'm not confident in doing myself. I have a few covers that need to be looked at. Please note all the electricity is working. The covers just need to be replaced. A fan unit in the bathroom needs to be replace as it's extremely noisy and hanging off. I have ordered the clipsal unit so it's already to go I have a globe to be put in as well. My bathroom is a big old mess due to someone that smashed it up so need someone that is non judgemental that can look past that also! Please note the 3rd last photo - I tried to screw this one back in but there was nothing to screw back into so need someone with know how to fix this. Scope of works: * Bedroom 1: Remove the existing ceiling light and install a new pendant light in a different ceiling location (wiring to be relocated). * Bedroom 2: Remove the existing ceiling fan/light and install a pendant light in its place. * Kitchen: Install a new pendant light in a new location where there is currently no light fitting (new wiring required).
