Hi, I require an urgent all rounder for the following: 1) Shower base - Shower base requires re-grouting Bathroom has no ventilation & requires high grade moisture resistant materials & workmanship. 2) Change light fitting - Source & refit oyster light fitting to match (refer to photo’s) brand name unknown, but component size is approx 27cm diameter adjunct on ceiling, cover is approx 26cm. This must match another in that room but If exact match isn't possible, then remove the same from bedroom & attach in lounge & supply another, style & light quality TBC. I’m not permanently at this property but a painter will be within the task time allocation, which may make access easier. Please refer to photos, forward any questions & quote accordingly. Hi, my aircon has stopped working on the 'cool' mode. It still works on the 'fan' mode. I did a diagnostic via the remote and I believe it might be an E1 error (circuit board fault) - not sure how accurate that is though? This is a Daikin FTXS71LVMA.
