I'm replacing my existing gas hot water system with a Thermann 160L 3.6kW Single Element Electric Hot Water System. The Thermann unit I'm installing requires hardwiring rather than a GPO, so I need a licensed electrician to connect the unit to the existing dedicated circuit. Replace one bedroom downlight that is not working. Install a Dyson wall charging dock onto a plasterboard wall next to a power point. I have the Dyson dock and charger, but no wall fixings. While here, I'd also like you to check whether my 4 kitchen downlights can be converted to dimming and provide a separate quote. Lower a 46kg heat pump dryer down one floor via a void on ropes/straps (you provide) and install on shelf in laundry. Laundry is close to staircase/void on lower floor. Dryer will sit on hip height shelf. No drilling required. Must fix drainage hose (provided) that will drain into laundry sink next to dryer. I think this is definitely a two person job. We have had larger/heavier items lowered through the void by removalists when we moved in so issues with the dryer fitting. Just need two strong people with appropriate ropes/straps. The dryer is already here and unboxed. Pic 1 shows void next to stairs from above and pic 2 is dryer currently resting in front of railing in front of void.
