We have 38 spotlights throughout the house (2 pins, 35 watts as per image). We‘d like to replace them with equivalent LED lights (no pins). We’d like a new switch for 3 of the LED lights (like the one shown in the red circle/arrow in photo). We need 6 LED garden lights installed at the front of the house connecting to an existing automatic night switch (see photo). Replace light and socket with LED in colorful lamp shown in image (70 or 100 watt equivalent).

Our air-conditioning unit is leaking and I need someone to have a look. I assume it’s no more than a clogged condensate drain. Pictures below. Please le t me know if you can help.

The switch that connects to our garden lights stopped working suddenly. The cables at the switch board don’t have power in it. Access to the electrical wiring under the house is through a small hole behind the washing machine but once you’re in, you can stand up.

I have a split system, the AC inverter/compressor is outside of my apartment at the rooftop of the building and I have the fan unit in my apartment. The AC is broken, it will not cool, showing error code 95, which from Fujitsu manual says permanent stop (compressor rotor position detection error). Model: ASTG30LFCC See attached images please.

We’re installing a new fridge and need a PowerPoint installed for it. There are two existing points nearby, but we essentially need it moved about a metre. The fridge is going inside a cabinet, which is replacing the cabinets in the photo. We’ll also need more electrical work done in the future, but just need this done quickly as the fridge arrives on Sunday and we move in on Wednesday.
