Find experienced deck builders in NSW

Hi I need a small 3m x 3, deck with pergola building. Decking to be grey composite decking and appropriate timber for frame and pergola (which i'll paint). Built on top of slightly sloping concrete slab. Require licensed and qualified carpenter with insurance and experience who can do a quality job. Care needs to be taken fixing to slab as i am not sure of depth of slab and a drain runs through yard so dont want to hit it ! Architectural Landscaper drew simple plan of how it would be assembled - pic attached. I costed materials at around $1300. I am thinking a couple of days work possibly. Pic of yard attached. Deck would go against small wall and offset 600mm from RH boundary (landscaper said it could be attached to that wall - you would need to check first obviously). Please include a fully inclusive quote (for labour, materials, and cleanup etc). No roof on pergola Not urgent al all - thanks

This small decking area near the pool is worn, needs prepping (sanding?) and either painting or varnishing.

Please come to provide a quote to repair and replace the damaged deck. Doesn’t have to be completely new look again, only replace the bit that is necessary. Because I will demolish the deck in a couple of years. Experienced and licensed carpenter only. Thanks Ronnie

Replace a rotted timber of deck

Hello, We would like to remove existing balcony/below deck structures and put in place a 2nd storey (extended) balcony and below deck (ground level). Fly over roof on the top of the balcony. Concrete / tiled floors. I’m seeking plans / drawings and CDC / council approval. I would like to have plans approved and then be in a position to obtain quotes from builders to complete. I’m happy to pay for a “consultation fee” as the initial Airtasker job but please outline what the total cost will be for plans/drafts/relevant council approvals. I would like everything completed except for the building itself. Hope this makes sense. Happy to take any questions.
