Lift, Level & Relay Existing Brick Pavers – Approx. 40–45m² Description: Looking for an experienced paver/landscaper to repair and relay approximately 40–45m² of existing brick paving at my villa in Sylvania NSW. The existing paving has become uneven and sunken in several areas. I want the existing bricks lifted and reused, with the whole area properly levelled and relaid to create a neat, even finish. Work required: * Lift existing brick pavers * Remove the existing dark/brown curved feature bricks and replace/blend these areas with matching red bricks * Retain and reuse as many existing bricks as possible * Supply a small quantity of matching replacement bricks where required * Re-level and properly compact the existing base * Supply/add road base if required * Supply and screed new bedding sand * Relay approximately 40–45m² of bricks neatly, preferably maintaining the existing herringbone pattern * Ensure correct levels/fall for drainage away from the villa * Replace any damaged/broken bricks as required * Apply jointing sand and compact the finished paving * Remove any leftover waste/debris I am looking for the paving to be properly repaired rather than simply adding sand underneath the uneven sections. I’m looking for someone experienced with paving to prepare and pave a small side area of my house. -Remove any remaining weeds/debris. -Level and prepare the ground properly. -Lay my reclaimed brick pavers in a 45° herringbone pattern (similar to the reference photo). -Cut bricks where required for a neat finish. -Compact and finish the paving, including filling the joints with paving sand. The area is relatively small (see photos). * There are downpipes/drainage pipes that will need to be worked around. * I’m after a tidy, professional finish that drains well and will last.

Apply powdered chlorine to paving bricks, agitate with a broom and rinse off. Have done the job many times but due to ill health looking to get someone to do it. Takes 4 hours so best for local. All chemicals and equip provided. Need own gum boots.

Brick Paving Maintenance: Clean, Concrete Edge & Re-sand (~35 sqm) Help is needed to clean and maintain a brick paved area (approx. 33-35 sqm). The job includes: 1. Pressure Wash: Thoroughly clean all paving to remove dirt, moss, and weeds. 2. Timber Cleaning: Wash/treat the black mouldy timber sleeper at the bottom of the fence. 3. Concrete Edge: Install a concrete edge restraint along the right side next to grass to stop bricks from shifting. 4. Polymeric Sand: Re-fill all joints with polysand once the area is completely dry. Important Notes: Note: Area Size: 33-35 sqm is an estimate. Water Tank: There is a rainwater tank on site (just collecting rain, not connected to pumps) AC Unit: An outdoor AC unit is next to the paving.

Brick pave our front porch. Most of the porch is already tiled expect for a small section of flower bed. We will remove the tree and plants ourselves (see in the photo) The space is 1.8m by 3.5m. We would like to use recycled bricks and we are happy to source those ourselves.
