I’m looking for someone experienced with paving to prepare and pave a small side area of my house. -Remove any remaining weeds/debris. -Level and prepare the ground properly. -Lay my reclaimed brick pavers in a 45° herringbone pattern (similar to the reference photo). -Cut bricks where required for a neat finish. -Compact and finish the paving, including filling the joints with paving sand. The area is relatively small (see photos). * There are downpipes/drainage pipes that will need to be worked around. * I’m after a tidy, professional finish that drains well and will last.

Apply powdered chlorine to paving bricks, agitate with a broom and rinse off. Have done the job many times but due to ill health looking to get someone to do it. Takes 4 hours so best for local. All chemicals and equip provided. Need own gum boots.

Brick Paving Maintenance: Clean, Concrete Edge & Re-sand (~35 sqm) Help is needed to clean and maintain a brick paved area (approx. 33-35 sqm). The job includes: 1. Pressure Wash: Thoroughly clean all paving to remove dirt, moss, and weeds. 2. Timber Cleaning: Wash/treat the black mouldy timber sleeper at the bottom of the fence. 3. Concrete Edge: Install a concrete edge restraint along the right side next to grass to stop bricks from shifting. 4. Polymeric Sand: Re-fill all joints with polysand once the area is completely dry. Brick pave our front porch. Most of the porch is already tiled expect for a small section of flower bed. We will remove the tree and plants ourselves (see in the photo) The space is 1.8m by 3.5m. We would like to use recycled bricks and we are happy to source those ourselves.

Sucker roots from a tree on the adjacent property have come up through the paved driveway edge. The brick paving needs to be lifted and the sucker roots that run through the course sand bedding removed. After this is done, the paving bricks need to be reset. It will likely need the course sand bedding under lifted bricks to be restored before resetting paving. No cement edging is required. The length of bricks to be lifted is 5-6 metres.
