qualifed bricklayer with experience to change/repair one brick on a heritage fence using colour-matched lime morter . Brick to be supplied.

The existing concrete footing needs to be cut back to the correct boundary line first. I may already have concrete cutters organised for that part, so the bricklayer/builder would need to coordinate around the timing of that work. After the cut-back, I need someone who can assess the remaining footing, treat to protect any exposed reinforcement steel if required, make the footing suitable, and then complete the brick fence. The job involves face brickwork, piers, letterboxes and sandstone capping. I already have the bricks. I need someone experienced with brick fences, footing issues, and working with certifier requirements. Please only respond if this type of work is within your experience. I am not looking for someone to just lay bricks over the existing footing. I need the footing checked and made suitable first. Timing is flexible at this stage, as I need to coordinate with the concrete cutters first. Budget entered as $4,500, but flexible depending on confirmed scope. The bricks are already supplied. Concrete cutting may be organised separately. Please advise whether your quote includes treatment/protection of any exposed reinforcement steel, sand/cement/mortar, laying sandstone capping, letterbox installation, footing preparation/levelling, and site clean-up. Must have a current bricklaying licence, current insurance, and be able to show previous brick fence work.

Part repair to a brick fence / wall. The long term plan is to eventually replace the full length brick fence / wall completely. As a interim measure we are looking to remove the soil and shrub behind the fence, remove collapsed and partially leaning sections of block wall. Rebuild the section of block wall, apprx 4 lm x 900mm wall. Install a Ag-line behind the wall, backfill with aggregate, place topsoil. Remove all debris and excess soil. We understand a warranty can not be provided due to the part repair to the wall.

Prepare and paint all fence brickwork in Dulux Natural White, exterior matt finish. Thoroughly clean, repair masonry cracks, allow the substrate to dry, apply one full coat of an appropriate masonry primer/sealer and two full coats of Dulux Weathershield. Spray application must be fully back-rolled and all mortar joints, edges and recesses evenly covered. Protect adjoining surfaces and retain all functional weep holes and ventilation openings. Need an existing brick fence rendered with concrete. See photo, total length is 11.5 metres. If you are experienced in installing fence palings happy to discuss this in addition to the rendering.

We have a 1940’s timber heritage home in Cessnock that has a front fence line that is comprised of painted brick fence posts with decorative wrought iron metalwork. Once of our visitors has hit the fence post and is damaged, and will likely need to be rebuilt. This job will need to involve removal of the current brick fence post, recycling of bricks (if possible), laying of a small reinforced footing for the post (approx 300mm away from existing post location from driveway to avoid future damage with careless drivers), then relaying of the bricks, painting of post and reconnecting the wrought iron. Some iron work may be needed given the shortened distance between posts. Photos attached show the damaged fence post which needs replacing.

Need this part of brick fence repaired + Had a mailbox attached to it. Preferably fix with the old bricks but may need to purchase some new bricks (some got cut in half)
