Drove into our brick fence post and the top half broke off. It is a rental property so ideally we need to fix it asap. I believe the broken half could be picked up and reconcreted back on as one piece, but it is very heavy? Otherwise may need to be re-built?

See pictures. The brick pylon that my front gate connects with is slanted sideways so the gate can no longer fit in the gap and cannot shut or lock. Unsure of exactly what is required, would be happy if we could fix the slant rather than redo the whole pylon. Goal is to get gate to be able to shut and lock. Happy to arrange inspection to allow a more informed quote. Job price negotiable, was unsure how much this costs went low.

Before Xmas I made the mistake of wanting to have our front yard renovated quickly. It was a mistake. We asked the guy to stop as he clearly wasn’t up to the task he said he could do.
