We have a small Blackbutt timber courtyard deck that needs to be replaced, it’s 3.5m x 3.5m (13sqm) and nailed to a treated pine frame. When first installed we had the area ground levelled compacted, plastic sheets were placed over the ground and a treated pine frame was built before the Bluckbutt timber was nailed on top. The first job was very well finished by a friend. In the last photo you can see there is a small section where a hatch can be lifted to access a sump drain below. We would like both the Bluckbutt timber and the treated pine frame to be replaced. We are replacing exactly as it currently is (Same dimensions, Same timber). We are interested in quotes for installation only.

DEMOLITION Of GARDEN DECK & CABANA Hi, demolition of deck and cabana being requested. Any rubbish arises from the demolition needs to be removed from the site as well. We are wanting to build a cat enclosure on our small deck leading out of the back of the house. The cats are very good escape artists so needs to be top to bottom completely secure with a strong mesh wire, preferably with a gate to be able to go into the garden as we also have dogs.
