I had to reinstall windows on my laptop and everything was was saved in one drive. Can't seem to get it back. I need to buy more data space for one drive but can't do it because it's asking for American addresses.

I need to set up My OneDrive so i can i give access to multiple employees. I want to only give limited access to certain people. I also need all the one drive and SharePoint set up correctly and easy to manage.

Not used outlook much over the past 3-4 years Just want a refresh on the very basics i.e mail, Sharepoint one drive

I am trying to sort out photos on One Drive into categories however, once I put them into folder categories they appear back in main photos. HELP

When I changed to Windows 11 the system changed the file structure and no longer duplicates both locally and to one drive and there are other complications and it’s a bit slow. I need some help to sort this out without losing files. I think this needs somebody to sit with me and talk through the issues and solutions

Help setting up Onedrives and Microsoft software

Help sorting my laptop files. I think they all got moved to One Drive when purchasing Microsoft Office Family 365. I've tried to move them back but it doesn't appear to work and now I have duplicates and am losing track of files...

My wife and I have Macbook Airs. We have a Microsoft Family account with 1TB of space on our OneDrive. The issue we're having is that shared files from one of the OneDrive folders is not updating on our Macs. The files are updating in the cloud, but we now have different sets of files in the shared folder in each of our Macbooks.

Want to download everything from my One Drive account to an external hard drive. I want to close my One Drive account but still have all my photos and files available

New computer. Somehow got OneDrive. Havoc! Can't print, can't save. Uninstalled OneDrive. Problems persist. Uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2016. Made no difference. I am not tech savvy. Need someone to come to fix this problem that is well known. Somehow MS has not got a sloution yet.

I have an HP Elite Desk top computer with my photos stored both on the c drive of that computer, and in subdirectories on OneDrive. some of my photos have uploaded to iCloud. The majority of my photos have not uploaded to iCloud. I want to be able to use iCloud so that i can view my photos on my iPhone as well as my computer. I have tried several times with Apple help to get this problem resolved and they have not been able to assist. (many hours wasted) have tried changing the file extensions to .jpg (as at one stage were getting errors saying iCloud could not take files other than with a .jpg extension) also tried copy directly from the directory on my computer into the iCloud directory, by copying and pasting, dragging files, both as a group and individually. Also tried uploading from iCloud. I am wanting to find someone who has had experience in exactly this issue and knows (without looking anything up) exactly how to fix it. please make sure you have a solution to this problem to assist me in uploading my photos to iCloud. Microsoft OneDrive has changed access settings without notice, so colleagues don't have access to relevant folders anymore.

I cant access my firm's common drive via OneDrive, which is Mission Critical. We need help to find out what happened and fix it

I'm in need of someone who can connect my laptop to my second screen in my home office. It was easy to connect with my last laptop but now have a new one and connection is not so simple. I also need someone capable of helping me with OneDrive. I removed it from my computer but it is still causing me issues with storage. I'd like my files on my laptop to be accessible without using Onedrive, which is just a big headache. Thank you

Reset old laptop and install new user/ OneDrive, fix new laptop work OneDrive which isn’t completely syncing.
