Find a local Microsoft OneDrive helper in Sydney

I’ve bought a new Mac. These are the things I’d appreciate help with please. 1. I don’t want all the same stuff on the new mac as what is on old mac one drive. But it seems things have already moved over. 2. I’ve always found one drive confusing so think I want to start using Google docs and just use one drive for Outlook and when people send me Word Docs. 3. I don’t know how to save a word doc, then find it again in OneDrive cloud and attach to an email. Sometimes I find it and sometimes I don’t. Even though I’ve had one drive for years it’s still pot luck I find the doc 4. I’m creating presentations and videos. I need to setup folders for them on my new mac and in the cloud for backup 5. Someone put exchange on my phone. I don’t think I need it. There is an old email and I keep getting a notification on my mac for an exchange password for a redundant email Cheers for reading

We already have office 365 subscriptions in my shop. we have one computer set up & running fine - just never get time to set up the other 2! We then want to move away from dropbox & set up some shared onedrive folders for internal use. will need to be done weekday mornings when the shop is quiet. It could potentially be done remotely and/or out if hours as long as the shop staff don’t need to get involved. - Due date: Flexible

Want to tidy up my one drive and setup share point for all our computers. We have 2 laptops, 2 desktops and 2 Mac computers. We need to correctly setup One Drive so all devices can access information, also setup SharePoint and migrate all our documents to it. This must be done at our premises as I want to learn so I can maintain that network from then on. I also want to setup VPN to my home so we can print documents from home to work. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 2 August 2023

I need to know how to access my Onedrive documents across multiple devices. They don’t always come up across my Mac to my laptop. Also I want to transfer docs from one Onedrive account to another account. Also I can’t attach documents to my Outlook emails from my Onedrive - Due date: Flexible
