MacBook is having the below issues: - Difficult to get past the apple loading screen; it stops and it goes into "kernel panic" - If it gets past the loading screen it resets on its own and it gets stuck in the same loop - Should a clean install be necessary, require that contents in the SSD are saved/backed up before its contents are wiped however prefer to just get it back to work. The MacBook had 10G RAM and a 500G SSD retrofitted about 3 years ago. It's never been water damage or been dropped. Access to a quiet working space on site will be provided.
