Hi, I’m looking for a quote for data recovery only from an M2 MacBook Air. It had liquid damage and the screen, keyboard and trackpad no longer work, although it still makes a startup sound. I don’t need the Mac repaired — I only want to recover my documents, especially my pastry recipes/work files, and transfer them to an external drive. What would be the cheapest option for this? Thanks!

Urgent request: has to be done today. I have a personal Apple ID, an old work iPhone with a separate Apple/iCloud account, and a new iPhone/new number that needs to be set up for work. I need someone experienced with Apple ID/iCloud, WhatsApp backups/transfers, Outlook/Microsoft 365 and password/keychain setup. Main priority is avoiding data loss and getting the new phone working cleanly without mixing old work accounts into the new setup. Prefer someone who can come to Windsor 3181 and do this in person.

We have 2 macbooks that I would like to combine all files and photos, so one can be sold.

My MacBook Pro keeps dropping off the internet after connecting for a few minutes. Up until yesterday I was using a shared service with my landlord who lives in the house in front. I had a new NBN connection put in yesterday. My phones and TV connect fine but my MacBook Pro keeps dropping out after a few minutes. I tried the old network I was using and it connects fine and doesn’t drop out.

Hi there, I borrowed a friends MacBook Pro. 2015, to use for study, but…in resetting and trying to upgrade to the most recent and available operating system, I managed to completely wipe the hard drive / operating system. I don’t need to recover any files or cloud or ye olde Time Machine but I do need to have more than a blank screen. The task needs to be done in person. Thank you.

New keyboard required only I can supply part or you? I can bring laptop to you

Hi, I've purchased a new battery (SeaPlant Battery A1990) which has tools and instructions. However, I think I might get someone to do, giving time and risk. Could you please quote price to do (if I come to you and if come to City). Also, my right speaker is not working the best, so potential quote or replacing this (figured if going to do the battery, may as well do at the same time). Thanks.
