I run 2 WIndows machines on a hardwired ethernet home network. The setup has worked fine for years, but recently I had one machine replaced, and the other reformatted (long story). In the process, the network settings were lost, as usual I've tried to get things back and retired defeated. This should be a straightforward job for anyone with good windows networking skills.

3 laptops to communicate with each other and transfer files wirelessly . Also, to please set up remote access using such app as "Team Viewer" or similar. Team viewer has on going fees. Can you recommend remote access without monthly fees?

I need a home network security audit performed to ensure I have security, privacy, and speed configurations optimised. It doesn't have to be any type of official certification as it is primarily piece of mind. I'm flexible with the date but it has to be after the 23rd Nov. Weekday or weekend as I mostly work from home. Also, I will require you to use my computers on my network although you may bring your own tethered to your phone to perform testing. I prefer an hourly rate, which is what am using as the estimate price but happy to discuss. I have recently upgraded my home Internet/Service Provider! NBN FTTP was set up at my house. I have set up a small home Network which includes... Ubiquity Unify Cloud Key, Security Gateway, 24 Port POE Gigabyte Switch, and X2 Unify Access/Wifi Points, I am having a few small issues in streamlining the entire network... Its currently working but i am not reaching the desired Speeds that the FTTP connection is promising. We have home wifi but this does not seem to work optimally. Certain devices do not appear to have sufficient data (ie. google doorbell video does not work, Kayo on TV constantly glitches). I don't think this is an issue with our plan. I would also like to have better control over switching on/off devices centrally. We are largely an 'Apple' home. New build Test and map existing network cabling - advise of what goes where. NBN is connected but when I plug into the patch panel, isn't seen anywhere else in the house (5 connections).
