The task includes reviewing and updating our email hosting setup, domain/email management, inbox structure, forwarding rules, aliases, and general optimisation for reliability and scalability. We currently use multiple platforms and want to simplify and professionalise the setup. In addition, we are looking for assistance implementing AI-assisted workflows across the business. This may include integrating tools such as ChatGPT/ Claude, automation platforms, CRM/email workflows, AI document systems, knowledge bases, task management integrations, and internal process automation. The business operates in the lighting, design, and technology space, so experience with small business operations, creative/technical teams, or workflow automation is highly valued. Ideally looking for someone practical and commercially minded who can both recommend improvements and assist with implementation. Strong communication skills are important as we want to build systems that are easy for the team to use ongoing. When we receive Outlook emails with calendar (.ics) invites attached, the invites are not automatically populating within the Outlook calendar view, which is critical as our team relies on this view to understand the volume of upcoming works and manage scheduling effectively. This is a Microsoft 365 environment using desktop-based Outlook, and we require someone to attend onsite, review the configuration, identify the cause of the issue, rectify it, and test to ensure calendar invites automatically populate moving forward.

Hi I need someone to look into my domain email account I have recently set it up but I’m not receiving any emails sometimes can send them

I am looking for someone to help me set up an email template for my work which I can send out to clients after they attend an appointment. I have already created the template and have it saved as an HTML file but whenever I tried to upload it onto my email it is just an attachment rather than the body of the email. My understanding is that I just need to change a few setting but I don’t have the capacity to try and sort it out at the moment. I would like the template/email saved for easy access so I can just pop in someone’s email and send it off after I see them. I am a health professional so for confidentiality I cannot provide access to my email so would either need someone to come over and complete the set up on my computer with me present.
