Looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 / IT specialist to assist with setting up my Microsoft 365 Business Standard account and correctly linking my domain email address. I have already purchased Microsoft 365 Business Standard and attempted the setup myself; however, I am currently unable to send or receive emails through the domain account. I also require my laptop to be configured with separate Windows/Microsoft user profiles: * One dedicated business profile linked to my Microsoft 365 Business account * One separate personal/family profile linked to Microsoft 365 Family for my children’s use The goal is to keep all business emails, files, OneDrive access and settings completely separate from the family account. Tasks required: * Correctly configure Microsoft 365 Business * Link and verify domain email * Resolve email sending/receiving issues * Configure Outlook/email syncing * Set up separate Windows user accounts/profiles * Ensure business and family accounts are isolated from each other * General tidy-up/check of Microsoft account setup Would prefer someone experienced specifically with Microsoft 365 Business, domain/DNS setup and Windows account management. When we receive Outlook emails with calendar (.ics) invites attached, the invites are not automatically populating within the Outlook calendar view, which is critical as our team relies on this view to understand the volume of upcoming works and manage scheduling effectively. This is a Microsoft 365 environment using desktop-based Outlook, and we require someone to attend onsite, review the configuration, identify the cause of the issue, rectify it, and test to ensure calendar invites automatically populate moving forward.

Hi I need someone to look into my domain email account I have recently set it up but I’m not receiving any emails sometimes can send them

I am looking for someone to help me set up an email template for my work which I can send out to clients after they attend an appointment. I have already created the template and have it saved as an HTML file but whenever I tried to upload it onto my email it is just an attachment rather than the body of the email. My understanding is that I just need to change a few setting but I don’t have the capacity to try and sort it out at the moment. I would like the template/email saved for easy access so I can just pop in someone’s email and send it off after I see them. I am a health professional so for confidentiality I cannot provide access to my email so would either need someone to come over and complete the set up on my computer with me present.
