Can’t get my emails to work on my new computer

I have iPhone 12 (4yrs old) that I continue to have issues with trying to use 2 seperate email addresses. I get conflict between send/receive on both emails that need configuration.

My outlook is not able to identfy my email address after a recent update. The email runs of an exchange server and keep adding my Hotmail address. Ideally, I wood like to add both addresses like before.

One of my email accounts says password for IMAP Hotmail acct.. I’ve tried to access with new password, no good.
