When we receive Outlook emails with calendar (.ics) invites attached, the invites are not automatically populating within the Outlook calendar view, which is critical as our team relies on this view to understand the volume of upcoming works and manage scheduling effectively. This is a Microsoft 365 environment using desktop-based Outlook, and we require someone to attend onsite, review the configuration, identify the cause of the issue, rectify it, and test to ensure calendar invites automatically populate moving forward.

I am looking for someone to help me set up an email template for my work which I can send out to clients after they attend an appointment. I have already created the template and have it saved as an HTML file but whenever I tried to upload it onto my email it is just an attachment rather than the body of the email. My understanding is that I just need to change a few setting but I don’t have the capacity to try and sort it out at the moment. I would like the template/email saved for easy access so I can just pop in someone’s email and send it off after I see them. I am a health professional so for confidentiality I cannot provide access to my email so would either need someone to come over and complete the set up on my computer with me present.
