need to set up a couple of email accounts on laptop and iphone

I am having problem getting my 2 new go daddy email accounts activated using MS Authenticator on my IPhone.

I have emails I need to get to a lawyer from my hotmail outlook account but want them to receive all of them in one file instead of sending multiple emails separately one by one. There’s a few conversations that all contain a few emails in one thread in each conversation, I want to know if there’s a way I can get it all in a file so they can view it like I see it on my hotmail outlook account. I dont have a computer or laptop.

My outlook emails have stopped working. I believe it has got to do with the domain name, possibly expired or payment due. Trouble is it is set up in my ex business partner’s name and I prefer not to deal with him. I need someone to contact them and arrange a transfer of the domain from GoDaddy to Crazy Domains. Then help me get it set up on my laptop and ensure everything is set up correctly.
