Looking for an experienced IT/ systems specialist to assist with improving and modernising our business workflow and communications setup. The task includes reviewing and updating our email hosting setup, domain/email management, inbox structure, forwarding rules, aliases, and general optimisation for reliability and scalability. We currently use multiple platforms and want to simplify and professionalise the setup. In addition, we are looking for assistance implementing AI-assisted workflows across the business. This may include integrating tools such as ChatGPT/ Claude, automation platforms, CRM/email workflows, AI document systems, knowledge bases, task management integrations, and internal process automation. The business operates in the lighting, design, and technology space, so experience with small business operations, creative/technical teams, or workflow automation is highly valued. Ideally looking for someone practical and commercially minded who can both recommend improvements and assist with implementation. Strong communication skills are important as we want to build systems that are easy for the team to use ongoing.
