Restart computer Windows

Need a IT person or someone good with computers. Seems like my computer got a virus which makes these pop ups (check photo) continuously ping at the bottom right of the desktop. I have an anti virus called Norton 360 and when scanned it shows no viruses found. Not sure how to remove these pop ups. Could be an easy fix and easy money for someone that knows.

Hello I need a genuine IT support person to set up my new Computer and Printer. I will also need support in making sure everything is transferred over and that I can log into everything.

I’ve gone through the BIOS settings on the Gigabyte motherboard on the PC, but the HDD is not appearing in the boot menu sequence. I tested different SATA controller modes, switching between AHCI, RAID, and IDE, but the drive was not detected in any configuration. I also tried both UEFI and Legacy boot modes, but there was no change. At this stage, the next step will be to physically inspect the HDD by sliding out the drive bay and checking that the SATA cable is properly connected. Given that the HDD is not appearing in BIOS at all, I suspect it may be faulty. If a replacement drive is available, I recommend testing with another HDD to confirm the issue or have it replaced by someone onsite please. We want to try to keep any memory

We have 4 computers in our office that have been printing recently off our main printer which is a oki, all of a sudden none of them are printing and it seems to be a network issue Additionally we would like the ability to be able to print remotely from our mobile phones to printer in office
