I need assistance to unlock an old laptop and recover files stored on it. I have a Bitlocker screen and have the recovery key. But can’t get past the next screen. I need someone with a Windows recovery DVD or knowledge on how to recover the data.

I have recently moved into a new place. I need someone to help me connect my modem to the TP link, so my Ethernet wires in the house are working. Currently when I plug in the TP link into the modem, I lose the wifi connection. It probably needs to be reset and reconfigured from the previous tenants.
