We’ve got a new PlayStation 5 VR headset. My young son dove in and tried to set up a bunch of things but I don’t think it’s been done correctly and when I’ve looked at it, it seems to be a bit of a mess. The headset seems to be ok but only for non-VR games with a standard remote. The VR handsets don’t seem to work properly. We have a VR game that won’t work - we keep getting an error message. Any help to reset and get the headset working is greatly appreciated.
