This is a one-hour call-out to arrive early and liaise with the venue’s tech team to ensure the laptop, projector, HDMI connections, and audio output are all working smoothly before the presentation begins. Ideally someone comfortable troubleshooting MacBook to projector setups, HDMI adapters, and presentation audio connections in a live event environment.

I’ve tried calling online to the Telstra people, but it’s really hard to understand their instructions over the phone, and they said that to get a technician to come out and do it would cost me $250, so yeah I’m not paying that.
