Find an experienced computer support specialist in NSW

I cannot use my Microsoft accounts all of a sudden and have tried everything to get back in. I have also done all of the updates so unsure as to what is wrong

Want to make sure the Computer is safe for using online and so I need a router and modem set up + computer cleaned.

I run a small private therapy practice and could use some help with our tech setup. The main issue is email, but honestly I'd love a broader look at things too — I'm using a few different apps and services and would like it all simpler, smoother, and cost efficient. The email problem: Our practice email is on Google Workspace/Wix, and my assistant and I both log into the same account at the same time to manage the inbox. It's causing real issues — emails keep flipping from read back to unread, and when she files an email into a folder for me, I can't see the sent replies in the thread. I don't want a separate email address for her — clients should only ever see our one practice address. I've been chatting to Claude AI about it, and the suggestion was to migrate to Microsoft 365 and set our email up as a proper shared mailbox — so we each log in separately but can both send as the one address, everything visible to me, MFA on, and OneDrive so I can get PDFs of handwritten notes from my iPad to my assistant easily to upload to client files. The bigger picture: Right now I'm juggling: Wix for the website, VentraIP for the domain, Google Workspace for email, Halaxy for records/invoicing/expenses, NovoNote and NovoPsych for assessments and notes, Zoom for telehealth, and iDrive for backup (not really using though, a bit of a hassle), across a MacBook and an underused iPad. If there's an obvious way to consolidate any of that or cut cost/complexity without disrupting the clinical software (Halaxy, NovoNote, NovoPsych are non-negotiable, they're specific to my industry), I'd love your take. My priorities are security, efficiency, and cost — in that order. Does the Microsoft 365 approach sound right to you for the email piece/something you could help me with? And separately, is a broader review of the rest something you could help with, or would you suggest I look at that differently? Keen to hear what you think it'd cost (please ignore budget section).

I have recently set up a new domain name and linked it to a new email. The email is landing in people’s spam folder because DKIM and DNS, TXT is not properly set up. I need someone who is very advanced in this set up who can fix it for me.

Need help installing additional SSD I bought into my PC. I tried installing it myself into the additional slot but my PC failed to read it. Tried switching it around with my original SSD and my PC could then read the new one but not the original one, so suspect I might be installing it wrong in the new slot. I believe the powerboard supplying power to my father's tv/foxtel/NBN box has blown (it is very old). A new powerboard needs to be connected to the wall but we cannot access the wall due the amount of clutter and the large cabinet blocking access. My father is elderly and can't move this stuff himself. I need someone who can do the following: 1. Carefully move all these bits and pieces away in order to access the plugs behind the cabinet, marked in red in one of the photos below. Please note this will be tricky as his house is full of this kind of clutter so there is not a lot of space to move things. I can send more pics of the space. These items are very precious to him and need to be moved with care. 2. Assess the situation behind the cabinet and make sure the electrical set up is safe and not likely to short circuit or create a fire hazard. Ensure all of the above + the wifi is working 6. Put all the bits and pieces of furniture back together again Please note my father is elderly and needs someone who can do this job with care and consideration.
