One of the damaged hinge in one particle board and this particle board is attached to a dishwasher. Pls check photos if this can be done quickly.

The timber in the hallway has been sanded/stripped and is noticeably lighter than the surrounding original timber flooring. The objective is to closely match the colour and finish of the adjacent floorboards so the transition is as seamless as possible. Scope of Work: * Inspect existing timber flooring. * Colour-match the lighter section to the adjoining floor. * Apply suitable stain/tint and protective finish. * Blend the finish into surrounding boards where necessary. * Clean up after completion. Scope of works in both bathrooms (see photos): 1) Framework - Frame 2 x bathroom niches - Install noggins for vanity, towel rails, toilet roll holders, hooks etc - Patch floor using yellow tongue flooring glue and nail down (so that sheeting goes on) 2) Install cavity slider doors. Both cavity frames appear to be ok. 1 door is available and 1 door is bowed. -replace bowed cavity slider door with new one -Clean out cavity slider pockets -Attach doors to sliding tracks -Check doors are working properly 3) Straighten walls - Plane/pack studs to make straight for sheeting both bathrooms tasker to supply all materials. Looking to install a couple of wooden panels on brick walls as a feature stripe

1. Cut one of our stainless steel benches approx. 5-10cm so it fits inbetween our appliance and another bench. 2. Add a splashback on an existing bench (approx. 1.8m) I've attached images for reference.

I would like to convert the laundry into a butler's pantry, with shelving on the walls above the bench and washing machine and dryer located beneath. The job will also involve removing a toilet and associated plumbing that is currently located in the laundry.

Need 6 cabinet door hinges adjusted/aligned so all 3 cupboard doors sit evenly and open/close properly without rubbing on each other or the cabinet unit. The current hinges are pretty cheap and don’t hold alignment well, so they may need replacing if adjustment alone doesn’t fix the issue. If new hinges are needed, happy to cover the cost of them. Please bring your own tools.

Install skirting to new timber flooring areas in townhouse, approx 100 lineal meters of wall. Double brick external and partiwalls. 92x18mm square edge skirts supplied. Remove and Install 2 x timber windows and fit wind mould/trim to surround. 1 x 900x300 and 1 x 1700x450. Small one installed on first floor with ladder access required. Flash top and bottom. Must be experienced and neat and clean.
