Build a small outdoor custom jacuzzi (2-4 seater) on ground. Size approx 2m long x 1.3m wide x 1m deep. 2 jets/1 light only on one side of the wall I will remove part of the decking for where the spa will be built. The back portion will remain as a deck which can be manually opened for easy access to spa pump/equipment. The back wall of spa is in close proximity of an electrical point and hot/water/gas system. Due date: flexible in next week or two. Surry Hills Terrace has a blocked off doorway from kitchen to yard. It is currently made of timber. Task is to remove the timber / render blocking the doorway and replace with single skin brick (keyed in) wall, insulation and a damp proof course. Paint white to match the rest of the house and remove debris. The other side of the doorway is dry wall and kitchen cupboards which should not need removing for this task. The reason for the job is that the kitchen smells damp in the cupboards in front of this blocked off door. The outside paving has just been lowered to below the DPC. There is a gas pipe that runs across the blocked off door. The second part of the task is to replace 3-4 bricks that have been damaged elsewhere on the wall, seal and paint. This task was posted a month ago but I was told to get the outside paving lowered before going ahead. This has now been done.
