Need 2 screen doors installed on the outside of a shopfront mental existing frame

Door on shed needs to be repaired. Wooden gate needs to have closure adjusted as it swells in wet weather and won't close. Picture rails to support pictures to be installed in at least one room.

I bought a temporary pet door. But the bar lock is not wide enough for my screen door. Need someone to come and look at what is required - then purchase items needed to make it work. 2005 Subaru liberty needing a small part replaced on each door hinge. I have the replacement part needed to fix it on each of the 4 doors. Its the part of that assembly that helps the door stay open. Requires removal of inner door trim so would suit a tasker with experience working on cars generally, or replacing/fitting car trim or sound systems. Speakers and weather seal have all been replaced recently. Will be done inside a garage. I have some tools but please bring your own as well. May require a small amount of grease. I need to replace a door latch that isn't retracting when it hits the strike plate. I have a replacement latch. The complication is that the concealed hole to take the door handle is being covered by the rose, so need a hole drilled into the rose to access it. I don't want to destroy the lockset.

Remove this bifold cupboard door, the accompanying ceiling rail and make good/patch the remaining surfaces. The fixing point in the floor can remain, but any hole left in the fixing should be filled. The door is fixed into concrete ceiling and floor slabs.

Screw and door handle of kitchen cabinet are stuck and can’t be removed. I’ve tried drilling, screwdriver, wd40 to loosen the screw etc but nothing seems to work. I got the top screw out and was able to pull off most of the handle though about 2cm of it remains (opposite the bottom screw).
