I have two old windows which have gaps in the corners. A bit of sound is coming through these gaps. I need a carpenter to make the windows fit better, and add silicon or any kind of adhesive/filler that will seal it as tight as absolutely possible.

I have three internal doors that need the lever handles being replaced. The job is straight forward, main thing that needs doing is larger holes to fit the screws of the level. The shower screen dooring is a multi-panel sliding door on rollers that have broken and need replacing.

I have a few odd jobs, so require someone who’s experienced in handles, hinges, door locks: 1. There is a broken screw in one of the hinges on bedroom door. Needs to be removed and replaced (I have replacement screw). Refer picture with broken screw circled. 2. Install of 2 small coat hooks. 3. Remove door handle and replace with a new one (I have a handle which will fit)- refer picture of old handle with key, and also the picture of the replacement handle. 4. 3 door handles which work but are a little wonky (the handle piece seems a bit wobbly). 2 of the are the same handle, just on different doors- refer to the picture of the black handle. 5. Install an additional lock on the front door. I have purchased a few different options (sliding bolt , chain etc), so we can see which one will work best. Refer to picture of the front door. 6. Bedroom door closes, but doesn’t seem securely shut (need to pull on it to ensures it’s closed). Please look at the hinges etc. This has only been the case after the hinges were replaced so maybe some alignment tweaking required. 7. Remove the latch bar on the front gate. This is just a matter of using a spanner to undo the bolts. Refer picture of the gate. 8. Toilet seat doesn’t stay aligned, moves slightly. Needs to be secured tightly. Refer picture of toilet seat.

While pushing the door open, the door cracked at the hinge (bottom one). I am unsure whether the best way to proceed is just to fix the crack and leave the hinge in the same place or move the hinge higher/lower since that part of the door might be too weak. I think the latter might be the safer option. The crack is not just superficial. Please see photos.

I need an experienced handyman for a number of small jobs. I need someone to bring all tools to complete the job: -remove 3 bedroom door handles and install 3 new door handles (2 passage, 1 privacy). Changing from black ones to new gold ones. -removal and replace of 4 hinges on 2 bedroom doors (2 hinges , 2 doors). Changing from older black ones to new gold ones. -install one magnetic door stop on front door. -install a simple door stop on a bedroom door. -I am an indoor climber/boulderer and have a ‘finger board’ which is a small body weight hanging device that needs to be mounted above a door frame (walls are concrete). -install 4 ‘flexico’ tiles on the garage floor (need a saw to cut the thick plastic tiles to size to fit the space)- space is approx 80cmx80cm.

Hang an internal door. Door is too tall for doorway (approx. 2cm) so needs to be power sawed. Door hinges also on the wrong side of door so need to be switched to other side. Note: pics show door upside down (so hinges look to be on the correct side).
