The task is to install an Automatic Door Bottom Seal (Kilargo IS8010si) that allows the door to open without interfering with the pile the hall runner and when closed provides a complete weather seal ie it works properly. The installer will be provided with the Kilargo IS8010si and the sealer. The installer will be responsible for all measurements and that the outcome is achieved. Please familiarise yourself with the installation instructions and the tools required (available at https://kilargo.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/IS8010si-KG-I_Installation-Instructions_JULY-2022-1.pdf) before quoting on the job. A wood sealant is to be applied to all raw surfaces on the bottom of the door prior to installation. The installer will be responsible to ensure that there is no damage to the door or any adjacent area and that the site is left neat and clean. If the door or surrounds require touching up matching paint will be provided. All tools to be provided by the installer.

Install a dog door in a glass slide door to the outside. There is currently a Cat door there, but it is too small. Same location required. Just a wider hole to fit a new larger square door.

Installing the door seal will require removing the door, cutting off the prescribed amount of wood. Sealing the bottom of the door. Fixing the provided RP4 to the door and the threshold. Adjusting as necessary to ensure the door and seal works properly. Leave site clean.

I need to select the right replacement handles and switch out the current ones.

The sliding door is a large mirror that was held together on frame by adhesive. Adhesive is old and is no longer holding mirror in place. The adhesive needs to be replaced.

The piece that holds the screw in place which in turn holds the dryer door in place is gone. The space is too small to put a nut on the back of the screw. The dryer works fine though. Photo is similar to my problem but no nuts/washers to hold the screws in place.

Bathroom door handle has become loose and the handle on the sliding glass door to the balcony has become loose. I would like help to have these fixed if possible.

Door- has hole in bottom. Unsure if it can be repaired or needs to be replaced. Wall - hole in wall needing to be patched up Both need to be painted too. I have the paint. Please let me know best way to fix and price negotiable

Switch opening side of large sliding glass door - Due date: Flexible

The two sash spring mechanisms in a French window using a spiral rod balances have failed. The spiral rods need to be reattached. The French Window is double hung, meaning both the upper and lower sashes slide vertically to open and close. Each side of the window sash is connected to the spiral balance rod at the bottom corner. The spiral rod is rotated until the proper tension is achieved to smoothly raise and lower the window. I would prefer this task be done earlier than the Due Date - Due date: Before Monday, 29 March 2023

Look for help to fixing the garage door! After once I pulled the manual switch when home power outage, the garage door does not stick to the ground anymore if try to close the it. After pressing the door closed, it would first touch the ground and then bounce up some spaces like showing in the photos. - Due date: Before Thursday, 6 April 2023
