My automatic garage door not opens fully up and not close properly. When pressing the close button on the remote, the door starts rolling down but then the roller wheel misaligns when coming down and sit outside the track. It looks like the issue is coming from the left corner roller area, which may be due to misaligned. The corner panel also appears slightly misshaped, likely causing the door to bind. Please see the attached photo for reference. Work required: Inspect the corner roller and alignment. Adjust or replace the roller if necessary. Check and realign the corner panel. Ensure smooth and safe operation of the door after repair.

Hanging of new internal doors. 3 doors are hinged and 1 door is a sliding cavity door. Doors, hinges and track, door handles have been purchased and are on site ready to be hung.

Glass sliding door leading to backyard/courtyard is difficult to push/pull open and close even if tracks are vacummed clean and lubricated. Would need new rollers, not sure if new tracks are needed. Door size is about 121cm in length and the track size where the door moves on is about 238cm. Best available day to do this for me is on Fridays. - Due date: Fridays preferably, 2nd June or 9th June 2023
