We are looking to close of a section of a hallway with a doorframe and door (relocated from another room). We have the door and hinges already, just looking for someone to install a frame, door and possibly make any necessary repairs to the wall or frame if required. No need for additional weight barring or support beams.

I would like to have 3 doors "insect proofed" if possible. Have applied strips to the bottom of doors but there is still gaps all around. This is a rental so anything done needs to be able to be removed. Is it possible to have this fixed sufficiently with removeable stripping or something similar? Am after some sort of solution

We require installation of a BORG MECHANICAL DIGITAL DOOR LOCK WITH BACK TO BACK EASICODE PRO KEYPADS MARINE GRADE PRO - Lock to be installed on a external gate The gate has a steel frame With vertical timber panels. The rear of the gate is currently covered with a 3 mm metal sheet (shown in white) which will need to be cut out for the lock. The lock at the Front will require some of the timber panels to be cut out This job is for someone with significant experience in installation of locks and who is also handy and can cut out some of the timber panelling and metal sheeting from the rear We will also require a drop bolt to secure one of the gate doors

The top long hinge needs to be replaced / repaired.
