Need help mounting Ring doorbell to external wall

Four door handles are loose but they have concealed screws.

We have two floodlights that are no longer working. The globes can’t be replaced because the screw fitting has crumbled. We’re unsure whether the screws can be repaired or if the entire floodlights need to be replaced. Looking for someone to assess and fix or replace as needed.

The storm door won’t latch without jiggling the handle a lot and keeps getting left open because if you let it close on its own; it usually will not latch. Also toilet seat won’t stay up I think both need adjusting but don’t know how to do on my own.

We are looking to close of a section of a hallway with a doorframe and door (relocated from another room). We have the door and hinges already, just looking for someone to install a frame, door and possibly make any necessary repairs to the wall or frame if required. No need for additional weight barring or support beams.

I would like to have 3 doors "insect proofed" if possible. Have applied strips to the bottom of doors but there is still gaps all around. This is a rental so anything done needs to be able to be removed. Is it possible to have this fixed sufficiently with removeable stripping or something similar? Am after some sort of solution
