One beam on the back verandah is damaged. Will need removing and disposal from property. Then replace with a new beam, which I have, may need cutting to size.

Turns out I’m not a great painter. We have the paint needed. Already done a first coat of the white. Just needs a second coat. Maroon parts to be painted navy (also have the paint)

3 posts holding up roof have rotted at base. There are metal 'cups' at the base. i have been told this can be fixed by getting taller cups and cutting of rotted part of posts.

Lift 2 small wall frames to first level and size 1.1 x 2.2m Lift 2 small roof frames 1.1 x 1.7m. Lift 1 small timber beam. Size 3.6m x 50mm x 150mm and help carpenter to assemble. Time: Approx 6 hours working together
