We require our timber stairs, including the balastrades and slats, re-painting (two colours). No priming or sanding required. We have the paint.

Install client supplied double rcd type power point to toilet area, from nearby power circuit. Assumed all accessible for cable routing either down brick cavity or via roof, down internal wall.

I have half painted these railings so need them finished and the top rail painted aswell. Most of the back of the pailings needs doing and not pictured is a small gate that needs doing on both sides. I have paint.

Rendering on outer walls has either broken off or become loose and needs to be fixed so that the painters can continue their painting. Some are small areas and others are slightly larger. The largest area is difficult to show with just a photo but I do have a small video to show where it is loose. The area is about a metre by 600mm in size.

Carry out platering ready for painting of gyprock bulkhead. Size 3 metres x 0.5 metre. Need to supply 4m x internal angle & 3 metres x external angle + mud. To be completed before 7 am Monday 18th November.

New gyprock and decorative cornice to be installed. I have chosen the cornice and happy for either you or me to supply it. I'm installing a built in wardrobe which will need to go in after the ceiling is sheeted, but before cornice is installed, so the cornice can go onto the bulkhead above the wardrobe. This means you'll need to come back a few days later to finish off the cornice. Room is approx 3.5 x 3.8
