Need additional 2x power points

Work is ONLY for placement of plasterboard, nothing else. Can do October, Tueday the 15th, Saturday the 19th, Sunday the 20th, Tuesday the 22nd. I’m putting up a layer of 13mm Soundchek plasterboard/drywall on the walls and ceiling of my home theatre room to improve soundproofing. This is on TOP of the existing wall AND ceiling. The room is 7.4m x 4.7m x 2.42m. Please refer to the pictures for more information. There are a few power outlets and switches. 1 Aircon unit in the ceiling and 2 fans. I have 26 pieces of 1.2m x 3m Plasterboard (Soundchek 13mm). Each piece is very heavy! I have 65mm plaster screws supplied as well. There is a soundproofing layer of vinyl in between the existing walls, so it’s all prepped and ready to go. I really need someone experienced with drywall/plasterboard installation and MUST HAVE a plaster lift to help make the job smoother. Once the plasterboard is up, I can handle the rest. Note: If you do not want to do the ceiling, please make an offer for just the walls. Looking for someone reliable and experienced to get the job done right! I have done plastering before but this is definitely a 2 man job. I will be helping as I have experience in putting plasterboard up.

RENDERING TIDY UP THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE

I have a big basement. I would like to plastering the walls and the ceiling inlcuding any required frame works. The plaster should be ready for painting after the job is done. All are negotiable. Approximately Mearures: 12x5x2.4m

Recently had the tiling done to the 2 bathroom walls and had to cut the corners in the batroom ceiling for tiling . Need 2 bathroom corners installed to the 2 bathroom ceiling. Batroom 1 ceiling corner is 1640MM X 1840 MM APPROX Bathroom 2 ceiling corner is 3400 MM to 3300MM APPROX. Corners to be included in the price.

I am getting three old aircons removed. They hand half inside and half outside the rooms. So i need holes to be plastered from inside and rendered outside on blueboard

I need to replace a external power point that connects to a spa water pump.

Pergola has been extended, has colour bond roof on the exterior. Need to get plasterboard installed on the internal part of the ceiling.

Repair(regrout) & seal shower area. Repair plasterboard outside the shower screen door. Purchase & install 6mm toughtened glass to cover the brick glass (optional if find a solution of no maintenance on this poor design glass brick area. Suggestion is acceptable . The job cost will be reduced if not done. Owner estimate cost is less $500.

Scope work - sand ceiling and inside skylight - stop ceiling and skylight where required - undercoat of primer for water damage (so water stain does not return) - 2 coats of flat white ceiling paint (dulux)

I need someone to mount our tv on the wall using a frame provided and install power point & antenna point behind tv. (This can also be run behind the plaster as both connections are located directly below.)

Currently, there is only one power point on the wall, which is being used for a commercial exhaust fan with a 15A plug. Now, I need to plug in a commercial griller with a 15A plug and 2500W power at the same location. I would like to have an electrician come and assess whether it is feasible or if the power point needs to be modified. - Due date: Before Saturday, 13 January 2024
