Paint fix rendering and caulking

Triple car garage requires plaster to be removed and new plaster and cornices to be installed and professionally painted. Please only make an offer if you are professionally qualified. I am not looking for a handyman. You will need to organise for a qualified electrician to remove electrical and a certificate from the electrician. I will supply new lights to be installed. Garage remote control door needs to be removed and reinstalled and alarm camera removed and reinstalled - must be done by electrician. See photos attached. Ceiling would need to be painted by a qualified painter in white colour.
