Plasterer required for small job. Few places to fix before painting

We have a small section of our roof that needs plastering (see pic). It’s a relatively small section, and we’d need this person to bring their own materials (plaster, etc)

Licensed electrician to install multiple double power points in single storey house. Also swap out & secure exisiting double point and double switch light switch. Located in taylors hill 3037 (near Coles in Gourlay road)

A few lights removed. Patch and pain to match surrounding area. 5x spots where lights have been removed from ceiling 2x spots where lights been removed from wall (the red photos below) You will need to provide paint. A ceiling white and a cream for the bedroom. Thank you!

Paint fix rendering and caulking

Triple car garage requires plaster to be removed and new plaster and cornices to be installed and professionally painted. Please only make an offer if you are professionally qualified. I am not looking for a handyman. You will need to organise for a qualified electrician to remove electrical and a certificate from the electrician. I will supply new lights to be installed. Garage remote control door needs to be removed and reinstalled and alarm camera removed and reinstalled - must be done by electrician. See photos attached. Ceiling would need to be painted by a qualified painter in white colour.

Supply and install 15A Single Power Point in the garage, a dedicated cabling and circuit breaker in the switchboard 10-15 meters away in a single story house with a tiled roof. - Due date: Flexible

Just need to move existing single power point higher, about 80cm higher (please see pic attached) and change it for double or triple point so I can push in my new fridge with no worries. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 10 November 2023

An outdoor plug had recently been installed for the motorised awning. However, the weather / rain must have damaged the cable and so the awning will not operate anymore. - Due date: Flexible

Render mailbox with one coat of acrylic render. Main thing is to mask up properly to protect concrete which is new exposed aggregate. I have a bag of render, should be more than enough. Happy to buy more if needed. - Due date: Flexible
