Gap is appearing between the home boundary and concrete landscaping. External Caulking installation after fixing the foundation defect and fix the cracks in facade. Ideally would prefer someone for in person inspection and quote.

The power point inside the cupboard next to my oven is stuck in the "On" position and won't switch off. It's a non-clicking (spark-free) switch — likely fitted this way as a safety design since it's close to the gas flex hose. The render has chipped away significantly on the corner edge, exposing the base material underneath.
