Toilet roll holder has pulled out of a plaster wall in bathroom and needs repair plus refitting. Wall surface around the fitting has torn, so it likely needs patching / suitable wall anchor / secure refit. Looking for someone experienced with small plaster wall repairs and bathroom fittings. Need small damaged areas pictured repaired. Also need bath re-sprayed/resurfaced with a glossy finish. Edge around bathtub needs to be re-siliconed also. One of the small damaged pics is a shallow chip that was just filled with a silicone.

In need of an electrician to come out to a commercial recovery centre in Stafford, Brisbane to mend a cord that was accidentally clipped from a hole saw drill going to a heating element in a sauna. Very easy job just require certified electrician to complete job and sign off

We have a collection of light home repairs that include: - Plastering a small hole in the wall - Repairing and repainting a water damaged section of wall (assumed to involve sanding back and repainting but may be more significant - may need to diagnose first) - Sanding and repainting a few messy sections of the roof left over after oyster light removal This job would ideally be for a plaster that is willing to do painting - however happy to do the painting ourselves if that’s easier.
