The roof leak that caused the damage has already been fully fixed — now I just need the internal ceiling repaired. Scope of work: 1. Patch a very small hole in the ceiling (about the size of a five-cent piece). 2. Sand back the surrounding damaged paint area 3. Repaint the affected section of the ceiling (approx. 40–50cm long by 30cm wide) to match Please bring all materials, paint and tools needed to complete the job.

Hi, thanks for taking the time to review our task. We require the services of a Gyprock fixer/setter to remove and replace the ceiling of a single car garage in Southport. You will need to remove the cornice along with the ceiling sheeting and place in the provided skip-bin. You then re sheet ceiling with new Gyprock plaster board, set and then fit new cornice, sand ready for painting. You will need to supply all required materials for task. Dimensions - 3,000 x 6,730 meters. Power and water on site.

Need an electrician to reconnect power point that was cut through when removing shower walls, preferably done tomorrow.

Large hole in walls (bird stuck inside the wall situation….don’t ask). One hole is on the hallways side, the other in the bedroom on the other side.

After fixed the leaking, we need someone help to put up plasterboard and manhole . 2 meter and 1.2 meter for the hole . We bought the manhole already. No plaster . Thanks !
