I have just removed an old AC unit and need the hole fixed. Hole is roughly 68 x 45 cm I have the bricks required. Hole is approx 3.7 meters from the ground. I would like the work done ASAP for obvious reasons

Internal gyprock wall has a section cut out next to a window that needs to be filled in. External fibro cement sheet has a small hole in it that needs the same. Have materials for both.

A small bit of rendering required above and below black frame. After someone who is neat and tidy and can work with smaller areas (I'm hoping I don't need to paint straight away you see 😃). Accessible from the garage roof. I have bought some masonry/render ready mix from Bunnings but you will need other tools to spread the render/sand it if required. I’ve had two handymen mates both start, but because they’re trying to work outside their full time jobs it’s just taking forever, and I really need it finished before Christmas lol. I’ve got most of the materials (not a mixer though!) Hi, I’ve just bought a Kings Plus 170° awning and I need someone experienced who can install it properly and safely onto the roof bars of my Pajero Sport. A few photos to give you an idea.

Box out door and replace with gyprock wall. We don’t need a doorway and we are closing it permanently, see pics attached. Task is to supply and install timber and gyprock to form a wall flush with existing. Install skirting as per existing. Plaster as required.

Hi, I accidentally clipped my rendered mailbox and need it repaired. Scope of work: - Repair chipped render (foam visible underneath) - Match existing texture (important) Colour match paint - Re-level / stabilise mailbox base (slightly shifted) Notes: - Standard foam/render mailbox (not brick) - Looking for a clean cosmetic finish so damage is not noticeable - Flexible timing but sooner is better

Need to render outside of new door that was installed in a brick wall going out to a new deck. If we can render the door frame flat, then we will paint.

Roofing/flashing repairer required to inspect and repair water ingress issues in 3 areas of a house/carport. To address the source of water ingress, reseal/waterproof the affected junctions, and replace any locally damaged fascia/trim where required. Large-scale replacement works are not expected unless clearly necessary. Part A – Carport corner/pillar Water appears to be entering the corner above the brick pillar, causing the black fascia/trim board to rot, with staining/runoff down the pillar. Required: Inspect and identify likely entry point Carry out targeted resealing/waterproofing of the junction/flashing Remove and replace the damaged section of fascia/trim if needed Make the corner watertight Part B – Front awning/patio roof Leak where the metal awning roof meets the house wall. Required: Inspect roof-to-wall junction Reseal flashing/joints as needed to stop water ingress Part C – Rear awning/patio roof Similar issue to Part B, but along a longer section. Required: Inspect leak points Carry out targeted resealing of flashing/joints as needed Ensure water is draining away correctly Photos attached. Please quote for the repair work needed to make the affected areas watertight. If any larger replacement works are considered necessary, please explain why and provide that separately from the base repair scope.
