Bathroom in a unit (second/top floor) Prep ceiling and wall surfaces for priming and painting. Happy to consider including priming and painting. Can supply the paint and primer (Haymes). 1. Ceiling (plasterboard): Part of the ceiling likely requires skim coating (area under the bath/shower). It has previously been poorly prepped prior to painting. It has bumps and ridges that need to be smoothed out. I have scraped off most of the loose paint, and tried 40 grit sandpaper to smooth out the bumps, without success 2. Cornice (plasterboard): Sections of cornice will also require skim coating. 3. Walls (rendered brick): Screw holes need to be filled (only one wall). Bathroom dimensions: 1800 X 2500 X 2400 (h)

Need a plumber to re position water lines within floor joists above. Prior to sheeting.

I took out the medicine cabinet in bathroom wall and tried to fix the hole myself with gyprock and filler. Continues to show cracks around the edge. Need someone to fix this for me, so no cracks are seen when painted over. I have some spare gyprock to use if needed.

Looking for an experienced plasterer or handyman to do two small patch repairs: 1. Inside wardrobe: Repair a small damaged area around a pipe penetration in the ceiling (see photo). Needs to be patched, sealed, and finished flush with surrounding plaster. 2. Bedroom wall: Repair the area where a wall light fitting was removed. There are multiple small anchor holes and one larger section that needs patching and smoothing ready for paint. I have 2 rooms, the base coat has been done. Hang and partials set done. So it's quick cash for you. Just the final code and maybe some sanding is required. Just to make it finished so the painter to come in and Do his work? Anticipate maybe an hour or 2 worth. But I'm paying a premium amount cause I need it done ASAP.

Have to finish some minor plastering in 2 seperate units in Annerley. Unit 3 - a piece of plasterboard 95mm tall x 2240mm long needs to be fitted to small bulk head above sliding doors in bedroom. It will need to be skim coated for paint Unit 4 - some cornice need to be install inside a cupboard and also on outside. Cornice supplied. Needs to be set and to sandable stage.
