This project addresses ongoing water ingress through the mortar joints and sand-cement capping of a clay chimney stack. The structure shows signs of moisture penetration, likely due to age-related deterioration of the pointing and porous materials. To mitigate this, the chimney will be treated with a full surface render system, incorporating fibre-reinforced and cementitious components to seal the substrate, followed by a render suitable for painting.

We put these plastic/perspex awnings up but had to shift one higher so it cleared the door. We'd like the bigger one to be the same height as the smaller one. It's probably about a 30 minute job. This might be a 2 or 3 person job due to the size - it's not heavy, it's just a bit awkward as the middle bracket isn't screwed in and can come apart if not supported. I can help to hold the middle up if this will be easier for you. Ideally the old holes will be filled and the slight gap from the top of the awning to the wall sealed.

Patch up two sides before the painter starts, and fix the gap around the shower where they left a little gap.

I have 2 rooms, the base coat has been done. Hang and partials set done. So it's quick cash for you. Just the final code and maybe some sanding is required. Just to make it finished so the painter to come in and Do his work? Anticipate maybe an hour or 2 worth. But I'm paying a premium amount cause I need it done ASAP.

Have to finish some minor plastering in 2 seperate units in Annerley. Unit 3 - a piece of plasterboard 95mm tall x 2240mm long needs to be fitted to small bulk head above sliding doors in bedroom. Need a repair done on our garage ceiling. Replace gyprock on ceiling, plastered and sanded. The damaged area is approximately 500mm x 500mm. I'll do the painting afterwards.

Previous patch repair attempt visible and poorly blended. Wall surface is uneven with visible dents/curves and rough patchwork. Have paint match already.
