One section of the kitchen ceiling was opened for some plumbing work to be done. I nees to replaster the ceiling. Its appox 1 square meters, I also wanted to install a 20cmx20cm grid cover to be installed on it.

I need a balustrade built on my front deck. The front of the deck is 4.2m wide. The first picture is the deck. The second picture is the remaining balustrade to replicate. I would also like fibre cement attached to the front of the deck to cover the bearers and beam that are visible.

We have a 3 x 3m ceiling. The gyprock that has been added is a bit fluffy and needs to be smoothed with a hand held electric sander. We have the sander, we just need somone to sand it. Hopefully this morning, so we can start painting.

Box out door and replace with gyprock wall. We don’t need a doorway and we are closing it permanently, see pics attached. Task is to supply and install timber and gyprock to form a wall flush with existing. Install skirting as per existing. Plaster as required.

Hi, I accidentally clipped my rendered mailbox and need it repaired. Scope of work: - Repair chipped render (foam visible underneath) - Match existing texture (important) Colour match paint - Re-level / stabilise mailbox base (slightly shifted) Notes: - Standard foam/render mailbox (not brick) - Looking for a clean cosmetic finish so damage is not noticeable - Flexible timing but sooner is better

Need to render outside of new door that was installed in a brick wall going out to a new deck. If we can render the door frame flat, then we will paint.

Roofing/flashing repairer required to inspect and repair water ingress issues in 3 areas of a house/carport. To address the source of water ingress, reseal/waterproof the affected junctions, and replace any locally damaged fascia/trim where required. Large-scale replacement works are not expected unless clearly necessary. Part A – Carport corner/pillar Water appears to be entering the corner above the brick pillar, causing the black fascia/trim board to rot, with staining/runoff down the pillar. Required: Inspect and identify likely entry point Carry out targeted resealing/waterproofing of the junction/flashing Remove and replace the damaged section of fascia/trim if needed Make the corner watertight Part B – Front awning/patio roof Leak where the metal awning roof meets the house wall. Required: Inspect roof-to-wall junction Reseal flashing/joints as needed to stop water ingress Part C – Rear awning/patio roof Similar issue to Part B, but along a longer section. Required: Inspect leak points Carry out targeted resealing of flashing/joints as needed Ensure water is draining away correctly Photos attached. Please quote for the repair work needed to make the affected areas watertight. If any larger replacement works are considered necessary, please explain why and provide that separately from the base repair scope.

Correctly plug hole with plaster and small paint over 50cm x 10cm strip where old light fitting used to be

Fix up a bit of plaster work and paint after. Only ceiling of main bathroom and ensuit.
