Scope of Work: 1. Plastering & Prep (Walls, Ceiling & Floor Base): please ensure the wall has been replaced with new plasterboard where needed, plaster, paint & finish. The corner of the floor also needs finishing and work done to make it look finished. Happy to take suggestions on how this could be approached. I’ve had two handymen mates both start, but because they’re trying to work outside their full time jobs it’s just taking forever, and I really need it finished before Christmas lol. I’ve got most of the materials (not a mixer though!)
