Need a power point installed into my storage cupboard that is under my Internal stair case. The other side of the wall is a bedroom and has a power point in same spot so it should be and easy install. MUST be a qualified electrician.

I’m looking for a quote to instal an outdoor power point at my 1960s home in Seven Hills. I'm getting a BYD Shark PHEV ute and plan to use the included trickle “granny” charger, but there's just no where to plug it in. Only good area is where AC unit is, however happy to hear any and all suggestions on best location for the job. Walls to be tiled so base coat required only for waterproofing. Plans attached for bathroom. Okay with either MR plasterboard or villa board. Flexible with dates. Two very large motorised folding arm cassette awnings to be fitted to house exterior. One is 5m long (to go over sliding window in picture), the other 4m long (to go over serving windows and bar chairs in picture). They are heavy (need 2-3 men to lift). My plasteredboard in my bathroom has an old fashioned stippling effect. I have attempted to render behind the door to see what it like for a smooth finish. This job is beyond me! I’m looking for a plasterer to come out and give the bathroom walls a smooth finish of plaster please to refresh the space. Please see photos attached. Need a wall which has been removed to have corners and square setting done. All as per pictures but would assume about a days work with drying etc. Approx 4 sets of corners and one wall to tidy up. All shown in pictures. No sheets required and mainly all stopping off and sanding Please supply all corner strips and plaster and sanding material.

I need rock climbing hold put onto a rendered brick wall just over a pool (see photos). I have the holds but I don’t have the fixtures as I’m not sure what I need, but I know they need to be marine grade. - Due date: Flexible

3 holes in plasterboard need patching. 2 holes aboy size of adult hand... 3rd hole much smaller Flexible re date... but within a week or so

Looking for someone to render over areas where a core-filled besser block wall has been cut. I’ve attached photos of the parts that need rendering and a photo of a green wall that I would like the rendering style to mimic. It’ll be roughly 4 lots of 100mm x 20mm that require rendering.
