I will purchase the replacement power point from Bunnings, so I only require labour and the necessary tools to remove the old unit and install the new one safely. Job requirements: Licensed electrician only. Remove the existing loose power point. Install the new double power point supplied by me. Ensure it is securely fixed, level and safe to use. Rest will be acoustic panels attached. 2.6m height ceiling. 50 sqm of acoustic panels to be fitted on walls. Steel rail to be placed on ceiling for lights placement. Parramatta location, in office building level 1. Street parking, paid parking and loading zone available. Not a busy street.

Scope of work: • Remove damaged ceiling gyprock • Supply and install new gyprock/plasterboard • Tape, set, and sand joints (ready for paint) • Install foil board / sarking insulation under roof rafters (like existing in photo) • Secure insulation neatly between timber framing • Re-inforce the rest of ceiling and set finish.
