Rest will be acoustic panels attached. 2.6m height ceiling. 50 sqm of acoustic panels to be fitted on walls. Steel rail to be placed on ceiling for lights placement. Looking for an experienced handyman or insulation installer to replace damaged ceiling gyprock and install foil insulation under the roof (as per attached photo). Scope of work: • Remove damaged ceiling gyprock • Supply and install new gyprock/plasterboard • Tape, set, and sand joints (ready for paint) • Install foil board / sarking insulation under roof rafters (like existing in photo) • Secure insulation neatly between timber framing • Re-inforce the rest of ceiling and set finish. Clean up and dispose of waste

A section of plasterboard has sagged/collapsed. Remove and replace damaged plasterboard or reuse if possible. Tape, set, sand, and paint to match the existing matte white ceiling finish. Reinforce the area (joists or fixing points) to safely support the existing curtain track and heavy curtains – suggestions welcome. Care needed around recessed lighting, air vent, and window/curtains. All materials (plasterboard, compound, tape, paint match, any reinforcement timber/screws) to be supplied by the tasker.
