This wall surrounds the sliding door to our backyard and consists of 3 sections (left, middle and right). The work includes: * Repair and re-render the wall, leaving it ready for painting. We know that an experienced Wet Plastering specialist has the skills to achieve a finish that blend in as naturally as possible with the existing wall. That's why we'd love to have the work carried out by a professional rather than doing it ourselves. * Repair the gap between the wall and the concrete floor using appropriate materials on the left side section. Scope of work: • Remove damaged ceiling gyprock • Supply and install new gyprock/plasterboard • Tape, set, and sand joints (ready for paint) • Install foil board / sarking insulation under roof rafters (like existing in photo) • Secure insulation neatly between timber framing • Re-inforce the rest of ceiling and set finish.
