The exterior plasterboard (cladding) under one of my bedroom windows is broken and needs to be replaced. Please see the attached photo for reference. Looking for someone experienced in exterior wall or cladding repair to install new ones. I can arrange materials if needed.

we need to get some filling done around the corner of floor tiles inside the house, filling edges of skirting and wall cracks. carpentry to be done and install a sealant in laundry. glue a brick outside the wall. Fixing some sealant between concrete and wall around the house.

In need of some plastering to be finished on a bulk head. Plaster sheets are on already

My son has recently bought a townhouse in Pakenham Lakeside. There are two plastering/painting issues. 1. The thread on the shower tap for main bedroom en-suite was so worn that the plumber eventually had to go in through bedroom wall to repair it, thus requiring re-plastering and re-painting. 2. Due to original construction issues with the roof valleys (which have now been rectified) water pooled in the ceiling above the en-suite after heavy rainfall, and mould slowly formed which couldn’t be removed. Therefore when the roof valley had been fixed, we removed the ceiling corner square shown to remove the mould and also ascertain that, with rain, the leak was fixed, which it was. The ceiling therefore needs re-plastering and re-painting. My son works during the week, but with notification, I can make myself available at the property. Kind regards. David Bull

Plaster a whole in the ceiling

Please help me install a aluminium balustrade fence gate. I will purchase the balustrade gate and fence posts, locks, and hinges, everything needed. Fitting to bolt it into the concrete floor. Twill have gate cut to right size. Attached are photos from side of house where we wished for the gate and the actual gate, Gate is a tubular ring and spear design similar to picture, but is 1.8m in height and 2m in length. Just planning on installing that as a single gate so that it holds on one side. Happy to help on the day as well, cheers
