Apply Texture Coat to the facade of my home (Tuff Tex?). Patching of the plaster will be completed before hand but minor prep will be required including blocking stone and primer etc. Porch area in front of front door also required. I think it’s approx 43m2 in total. Materials to be supplied by installer.

Specifically - one water damaged bedroom wall to be prepared and plastered ready for paining. The property is more than 100 years old and this room is in the original dwelling.

I need all the timber painted with sealer and 2 - 3 coats of paint to get ready for the bullnose to be attached.

We did renovation on small home office, roughly 3m x 5m. Need to cover walls and ceiling as well. There is a small bathroom area as a part of this office, that will need to be done to be water proof. Framing is done, need installing Gyprock sheets and setting to be a paint ready.

We need a balustrade that separates a split level removed which may mean patching where it’s removed from. We also need some plastering done on some walls. If you can only do one of these that’s also fine, price includes plastering and is negotiable.

Remove peeling paint & previous calcimine original paint.Repair imperfections & sand smooth. Paint 2 coats oil primer & 2 coats ceiling white. 2.2 x 4.3 m size ceiling. Primer & ceiling white supplied.

Install 12 decoration inserts to 6 veranda posts (each post gets 2 inserts - one on each side). I will prime and paint this before installation (see pictures )

I have a stove installed in my kitchen bench. The stove needs to be plugged in for the sparker to go. Looking for someone to put in a powerpoint under the bench top to plug the stove into.

A small section of ceiling (1.5m x 1.5m) needs to be installed in my bathroom where I had a new aircon unit installed. A (already wired) down light will need to be reinstalled also.
