Plasterer/Renderer needed: cosmetic patch above garage + replace timber trims I need a neat, stable cosmetic repair above my garage door opening and replacement of the deteriorated timber surround/trim. Ideally looking for a plasterer/renderer who can also replace the timber trims (or has a carpenter they work with) so it can be completed as one job. Scope of works: 1) Cosmetic patch/render repair (above garage opening): Remove all loose/flaking render/concrete back to sound material Prep surface (clean + bonding agent as required) Patch/rebuild profile with suitable exterior repair mortar/render (vertical/overhead suitable) Blend/texture to match existing as close as practical Leave ready for paint 2) Timber surround replacement: Remove and replace deteriorated timber trims around garage opening (jamb/architrave/stop trims as required) Pack/straighten so it sits flush and looks square Seal joints where timber meets masonry/render Prime new timber (minimum) ready for paint Access: Front of garage, easy access (single-storey) Timing: Ideally this week

I need my manhole replaced with Gyprock so it doesn't look like it was ever there. It will need to be painted too. Ceilings are 3.3m.

We are in the middle of a kitchen renovation. We filled some cracks after electrical chases with the wrong filler (picture shown) We need a plasterer to come and fix asap as we need to paint ready for kitchen installation on Monday Plaster and tools is not included but happy to reimburse the bunnings invoice

Two exterior lights on the rear ground floor of a house need to be disconnected and made safe for the wall to be rendered. Rendering booked for the week starting 22 September. I am able to be at home on Tuesdays and Friday afternoons, from 12pm. Thanks.

We did renovation on small home office, roughly 3m x 5m. Need to cover walls and ceiling as well. There is a small bathroom area as a part of this office, that will need to be done to be water proof. Framing is done, need installing Gyprock sheets and setting to be a paint ready.

Remove peeling paint & previous calcimine original paint.Repair imperfections & sand smooth. Paint 2 coats oil primer & 2 coats ceiling white. 2.2 x 4.3 m size ceiling. Primer & ceiling white supplied.

Install 12 decoration inserts to 6 veranda posts (each post gets 2 inserts - one on each side). I will prime and paint this before installation (see pictures )
