Two exterior lights on the rear ground floor of a house need to be disconnected and made safe for the wall to be rendered. Rendering booked for the week starting 22 September. I am able to be at home on Tuesdays and Friday afternoons, from 12pm. Thanks.

Specifically - one water damaged bedroom wall to be prepared and plastered ready for paining. The property is more than 100 years old and this room is in the original dwelling.

Remove peeling paint & previous calcimine original paint.Repair imperfections & sand smooth. Paint 2 coats oil primer & 2 coats ceiling white. 2.2 x 4.3 m size ceiling. Primer & ceiling white supplied.

Install 12 decoration inserts to 6 veranda posts (each post gets 2 inserts - one on each side). I will prime and paint this before installation (see pictures )
