Verandah is approx 8 x 6m. Entire gyprock ceiling has detached from frame. It is currently held up by a prop and the ceiling fan. The gyprock needs to be all pulled down and a new lot put up.

Recently had an awning installed. Looking to get the wiring connected for the 2 X downlights and ceiling fan. Wiring will need to be run from the lights/fan to the switch. Also looking to get an outdoor GPO installed.

Looking to plaster cornice and build a couple of wall. It’s a 2 days job.

I’m looking for a qualified plasterer to tape and sand all movement cracks around the house in preparation for painting. (Approx 12 long ones (1-2m)). We have tall walls due high wooden ceilings so will need to have your own ladder. In addition, two small holes to fill - one about 8x8cm and one 20x20cm (created from old PowerPoint and electronics being removed). Date flexible- need this completed before the end of the year if possible.
