Our house ceilings have been damaged by water. There is one ceiling that has a hole in it and beside it the ceiling has curved down by the damage. We were told we have to replaster the whole ceiling (not just the area where the damage is) as it is unstable. Another ceiling is also damaged and has a hole. I am wanting to have the rendering on the front of my townhouse repaired. Assuming a portion will need to be removed, reapplied and repainted. It appears water running off the balcony has caused the render to fail. Damaged area is in a corner and roughly 30cm x 30cm, although expect a larger area may need to be patched. Appreciate the render colour may not be an exact match, however happy with as close as possible to the rest of the front of the house.
