I need some minor plastering work done with my apartment, there's a bigish one behind the washing machine so I need that to be moved also. fixed asap 🙏

Our living room is being renovated and we need a plasterer to patch some holes, cracks and edges. Task 1 - AC unit is being removed and will leave a hole in the wall that needs to be covered. Task 2 - Heater and 'stone fireplace' will be be removed as well and will need to be covered. Task 3 - All wood panels are to be removed and new plaster covered over to match all other walls. Unsure what is the best option for this part. Task 4 - Curtains have been removed and we now have 4 holes where the previous screws were that need to be covered. 3 of the screws are still in the wall as we aren't able to remove them. Task 5 - The entrance to our lounge room used to have partition doors and we want to take off the skirtings and rails so it is all smooth.
