I need someone to remove asbestos from a verandah area ceiling (5.6m x 1.8m) and wall sheeting, including proper disposal.

I need an experienced builder or carpenter to help transform a 1.8m x 5.6m raised verandah into an enclosed room and integrate it seamlessly with the rest of my house. The verandah is already at the same floor level as the main house and is structurally strong enough to build upon. This project involves: Demolition: Safely remove an external wall, ensuring structural integrity is maintained. Manage and dispose of all debris (refer to the attached picture). Construction: Build external walls around the verandah, including insulation, plastering, framing, etc. Note: The installation of windows, doors, and breeze blocks is outside the scope of this project.

New bathroom. Ceiling needs plastering. 1 joint across 3.6m. Screws holes to be covered. Total are 3.6 x 2 5m.

I have some colourbond roof sheeting that needs to be cut to size and put in place under a Queenslander verandah. I have the materials just need someone to do it.

Plastering - I have sheeted three walls and they need to be finished off, approx 7.5m. I have got joint compound so you’ll just need tools and sandpaper. Cornice - need to supply and fit approx. 16m of 90mm cornice to bathroom, hallway and bedroom. Painting is not required, I will do that. References and examples of previous jobs will be required. Price negotiable.
