The verandah is already at the same floor level as the main house and is structurally strong enough to build upon. This project involves: Demolition: Safely remove an external wall, ensuring structural integrity is maintained. Manage and dispose of all debris (refer to the attached picture). Construction: Build external walls around the verandah, including insulation, plastering, framing, etc. Note: The installation of windows, doors, and breeze blocks is outside the scope of this project.
