Need to run cables in the wall as assume there is not a ceiling cavity. Domestic home, 5-6 years old. Need certificate for new circuit. Licensed Electrician.

Under eave plasterboard relpacement that has fallen. Require white paint. 2nd level so ladder required as its on side of house

A few holes were cut by the electrician in the two bathrooms, including 2 from the removal of exhaust fans. Need experienced handy man / plasterer to fix the holes, restoring the surface. At home on weekends only.

Supply and fit Indoor balustrade needs raising on both hand rails sides, cleanup. Length 3555 cm Width 1120 cm Add wood/top handrail to indoor balustrade to raise it to 1m height. Current height is too short. Required by Council.

Install a new power point double outlet external wall in the electrical power box

I have a broken balustrade rail that needs to be fixed. I don’t have the replacement piece, but have the measurement for the length 850 mm x 35 mm.

install an outdoor power point to run a pond pump along this wall, close by the nearest AC unit. The fuse box is just on the other side of the gate in the background.

The power point is on, but no power. The rest of the power point is good and power is normal at home.
