We need to replace an airconditioner, but before we can do that, we need to remove the bulkhead and repair the gyprock after removing the bulkhead.

Gyprock, sand and finish one wall and around a tap in another wall, 3550 long, 2500 high with a window. Need to provide gyprock.

An old people’s chairlift was installed and has been removed. There was a cut out on the balustrade very roughly and the holes were drilled into the stairwell. I need it brought back to previous condition.

Paint 11 sq m of external render spanning base of the building to max 2.4m high. Two coats required. 4 hours drying time between coats. We will supply the paint you need (Dulux Weathershield Render Refresh crack bridging paint). The surface has been pressure washed. Some parts need to be brushed (corners near window frames where it wasn’t possible to pressure wash thoroughly). Four sections (max 40cm x 40cm each) the existing paint has bubbled off. You will need to sand the boundary between the bubbled paint and the sound paint, to ensure a smooth finish around these sections. Some parts of the render are adjacent to window frames in a contrasting colour, and will need careful masking. We will supply the paint. You will supply drop sheets, masking, brushes, sander, rollers etc. You will need to carry your equipment through the building, at the beginning and end of the job. It’s very important that no paint is dropped or trodden inside the building. Hoping to get it done either Thursday or Friday this week. - Due date: Before Friday, 1 December 2023
