Spray paint metal part white + sand back top wooden handrail and oil Will need to put painters tape and plastic sheeting on floor/walls for spray painting

Change 6/7 power point, already have everything you need

X Remove hooks from wall and fill and plaster X Hang approx 12 small artworks across rooms including child’s bedroom and small bathroom (ceramic wall)

Repair various gyprock holes in ceiling and walls.

Remove peeling render on an internal brick wall. Wall is above staircase and spans two levels. We want all render removed and for the wall to be left exposed as brick

Fill 3 x round gyprock holes in ceiling after removal of lights 10cm diameter. I need you to provide all the materials please. No need to paint. Access - excellent. ceiling height - 2.4m. parking on-site. Please make me an offer. - Due date: Flexible

Supply and install 6m2 of Gyprock aqua check 10mm.3 coats of jointing compound and 6 metres of primed treated pine quad 41x11 where ceiling meets the tiles No painting required - Due date: Flexible

Need a handyman or plasterer to remove damaged popcorn ceiling and / or replace with normal plastered ceiling. This will be strata job and I am on the executive committee. Wall patching required ASAP. Approx 25 meters of skirting boards have been removed in an empty room. This has exposed a gap above the floor along the bottom of most of the wall. In places the gap is quite a few centimetres deep. Gyprocker / Plasterer required to fill the gaps in and leave a flat surface ready to be painted (no painting required). Morning, Need an urgent fix to the granite kitchen due to a chips in six locations. I understand it will not be perfect just need it looking visually good. Other work on site if this goes well. Need to get done asap. I am fully vaccinated and live alone in a large house in Centennial Park.
