The space is currently empty with no internal partitions, so the job includes framing, insulation, plasterboard installation and finishing ready for paint. Scope of Works 1. Towel holder in the bathroom and toilet paper holder have fallen off and ripped through the wall. This needs some plastering patch work, paint and then attaching the holders.
