Towel holder in the bathroom and toilet paper holder have fallen off and ripped through the wall. This needs some plastering patch work, paint and then attaching the holders.

Woodnen board has been dislodged from plasterboard wall. Mounting screws not stable. Wall holes need to be replastered and screws reattached onto wall/board.

Supply and install of clear or light tint glass balustrade for balcony at front of home using brushed steel or cream coloured spigots as well as slimline seachannel trim on top. Approx 3m (front) x 1.5m (sides) Old balcony floor was crumbling. Old floor removed and new timber reinforcements installed. New waterproofed flooring installed. Tiling completed.

Fix crack on ceiling and some cornices. Paint with same color too.
