Reception desk has power points in it that are hard wired through cables coming up through the floor. I need the desk disconnected asap and cables capped off

We have removed an internal door (124cm wide) and now need the opening finished so it blends in with the existing wall on both sides. I have skirting board offcuts that can be used for the skirting board on both sides. I will pay for all the other materials (and for painting if you’d like to do that too)

Small patch up job in a small bedroom

Supply and sheet ceiling, walls and fix cornice in a room that is framed in pine 4.1m x 3.7m, with ceiling height of 2.4m. Plaster and finish to high level ready for paint. Ceiling in 13mm plasterboard and walls in 10mm plasterboard affixed with gyprock adhesive and screws. Must be experienced.

Help needed to replace handrail. Original was affected by moisture and has been removed. We have purchased primed rail ready for two mitre cuts and to nail back the preserved battons. I have a few holes in the plasterboard walls - some very small and a couple of larger ones that need repair and painting (may need to paint the entire wall and I can supply the paint). I need labour to help paint hand rails, balustrades and stairs on my Queenslander house. Prep work required. Timber landing will need varnishing if we get that far. Front door and door frame require gloss. Must have prior painting experience but not looking for a trade professional to give me massive quotes.
